Meet the Board
Executive Director & President
Ashish is a senior in the McDonough School of Business double majoring in Finance and Operations & Information Management with a minor in Government. As Executive Director, he oversees the board and leads Innovo’s programming. He was previously Director of Education for Innovo and has served as both project manager and consultant during his time with the club. Outside of Innovo, Ashish works for the Business School Technology Center and interns for J.P. Morgan in Municipal Finance. A Maryland native, he loves going home from Georgetown to do laundry and steal snacks from his pantry. In his free time, he loves to play soccer, watch Netflix reality TV shows, and UberEats McDonalds way more than he should.
Director of Operations & Treasurer
Jayan is a senior in the McDonough School of Business majoring in Finance and minoring in Economics and Spanish; he is also a Global Business Fellow. He serves as Innovo’s Director of Operations and Treasurer, handling the organization’s finances and day-to-day logistics. Outside of Innovo, Jayan is a staffer for the National Collegiate Security Conference and a Peer Tutor for various Business School core classes. He also occasionally graces Running Club with his presence at track practice and cross country meets. A Houston native, his interests include watching his beloved Dynamo lose every weekend, reading FIFA World Cup history books, and binge-watching Jeopardy! with his roommates.
Director of Consulting
Lucas is a junior majoring in Economics and minoring in Spanish and Biology. This year, he helps recruit clients and assists project teams as one of Innovo's Co-Directors of Consulting. He has been a member of Innovo since his freshman fall as both a project manager and a consultant. Besides Innovo, Lucas is a member of Slow Food (a club promoting food justice in DC and beyond), an Economics tutor, and a member of Georgetown's club rugby team. This summer, he served as a statistical intern for the Office of Immigration Statistics at the Department of Homeland Security, and he performed statistical analysis for a sustainability consulting firm, Council Fire. He is also an avid lover of Falafel inc. and the (underrated) Wisey's chicken fajita wrap.
Director of Education
Analise is a junior in the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. She is double majoring in Accounting and Operations Management and double minoring in Performing Arts (concentration in theater) and Entrepreneurship. She started at Innovo during her freshman fall and since then, Analise has worked as a Consultant for a semester, a Project Manager for two semesters, and is now on the board as Director of Education. Analise spent her past two summers working with McKinsey & Company as a summer business analyst. She loves all things creative including dancing, acting, and painting. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new places, and being outdoors.
Director of Consulting
Luke is a senior in the School of Foreign Service majoring in International Politics and International Security. As Co-Director of Consulting for Innovo, he is in charge of recruiting clients and overseeing projects. He has been with Innovo since his freshman year and has worked as a consultant and a project manager. Outside of Innovo, Luke is involved in Ultimate Frisbee and Catholic Campus Ministry. An Idaho native, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, whitewater kayaking, and just about anything outdoors. In D.C., he enjoys biking around the District and exploring the city with friends. He is passionate about the work Innovo does for its clients and building the Innovo family.
Director of Development
Will Robinson is a senior in the McDonough School of Business pursuing a double-major in Finance and Marketing. As Director of Development, he spearheads development of continuing education and professional development opportunities for the Innovo Community. Will joined Innovo in Fall 2018 and has served as a Consultant and Project Manager in addition to his current role.
Will is an avid cyclist and loves to spend his time cooking and hiking. Outside of Innovo he has been involved in The 1634 Society and Georgetown University Student Centers. He is passionate about the development of renewable energy with a focus on offshore wind and has interned in Ørsted's Offshore Wind Markets group and most recently spent Summer 2020 with Pattern Energy.
Director of External Outreach
Michelle is a junior from the Bay Area double majoring in Finance and Marketing with a Statistics minor in the McDonough School of Business. She was a consultant and an internal project manager before joining the Innovo board as the Director of External of Outreach. Outside of Innovo, Michelle is a member of the Georgetown club volleyball team, the Georgetown University Student Investment Fund and interns at Morgan Stanley. She loves to pick up her violin or ukulele to learn new songs and runs an Instagram account for her dog.
Director of Marketing
Sebastian is a senior in the School of Foreign Service majoring in Science, Technology and International Affairs, and minoring in German. He is also in the International Business Diplomacy certificate program. Prior to serving as Director of Marketing, Sebastian was a Project Manager for two semesters and a consultant for three. Outside of Innovo, Sebastian is a tour guide for Georgetown and interns for J.P. Morgan Chase as a Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries Summer Analyst. As a Costa Rican native, he is very passionate about sports, especially soccer, and loves Latin American food.
Director of Community
Ananya is a junior in the McDonough School of Business majoring in Operations and Information Management and Marketing, minoring in Spanish, and she is a Global Business Fellow. She was previously a Project Manager, and she is really passionate about the work Innovo does to serve its clients. She is excited to bring the Innovo Family closer together in her role as the Director of Community. Ananya is also the Director of Marketing for Best Buddies, a coordinator for BUILD, and a peer ambassador of the MSB. She loves trying new recipes to bake and cook, playing with dogs, and exploring new parts of the DC food scene.
