DIRECTOR OF CONSULTING
RACHEL SON
Rachel is a junior in the School of Health majoring in Healthcare Management and Policy with a minor in Economics. She has been an Innovite since her freshman spring as both a consultant and project manager. As one of the Directors of Consulting, she is in charge of recruiting clients and overseeing projects throughout the semester. Outside of Innovo, Rachel has interned on the Hill during the school year and coordinates the peer advising program for the School of Health. In her free time, she enjoys frequenting coffee shops, eating good food, and laughing with her friends!

CAROLINA GOMEZ RIVAS-VAZQUEZ
Caro is a senior in the McDonough School of Business, from Miami, Florida. She is majoring in Marketing with a minor in Government. Caro joined Innovo her freshman fall, and has since then worked on various projects as a consultant. Now as the Director of Marketing, Caro coordinates Innovo's brand development and brand image, while maintaining communication with relevant audiences. Outside of Innovo, Caro is a coordinator for the BUILD pre-orientation program and the OWN IT Summit. She is also very interested in government and public service, having worked with her local Congresswoman and the White House. In her free time, she loves to explore D.C. on a scooter, eat dessert, and travel.

YASMIN GULAMHUSEIN
Yasmin is a senior majoring in Economics, double minoring in Environmental Studies and Business Studies, and is a Sustainable Business Fellow. She has been a member of Innovo since her freshman spring and has worked both as a consultant and project manager. As Director of Education, she is responsible for the new hire training program which welcomes new members into the group through a comprehensive learning program. Outside of Innovo, Yasmin works as a researcher for the Georgetown Earth Commons, is a photographer for the Hoya, and is a part of the Social Responsibility Network. In her free time she writes for her personal blog on expatriate living, enjoys finding new running trails, and is constantly on the search for the best matcha latte in DC!

DANA JUNG
Dana is a senior in the McDonough School of Business double majoring in Finance and Accounting. She joined Innovo her freshman spring and has worked as a consultant, project manager, and internal project manager. As Director of Community, Dana leads Innovo's fall and spring recruitment efforts, while also ensuring Innovo's welcoming and family-like culture. Outside of Innovo, she works for Georgetown University Alumni and Student Federal Credit Union, Georgetown Bubble, and is a teaching assistant for Intro to Accounting. Beyond Georgetown, Dana interned in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan last summer. In her free time she loves traveling, exploring bakeries & coffee shops in DC, and boba!

KAILEY SJAUWFOEKLOY
Kailey is a senior majoring in Government, minoring in Spanish, and participating in the Entrepreneurship Fellows program. She has been involved with Innovo since fall of her freshman year, having worked across various projects as a project manager, internal project manager, and DE&I (diversity, equity, and inclusion) Committee member. As Director of Inclusion, she will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all Innovites through DEI efforts like overseeing recruitment, tracking DE&I metrics, and implementing HR policies. Beyond Innovo, Kailey spends her free time adventuring into new local restaurants, tabling with Georgetown Bubble, or stopping by independent bookstores!

ANDREW CHAN
Andrew is a senior in the McDonough School of Business majoring in finance and management with a Global Business Fellows certificate. Andrew is from Houston, but also lived in Hong Kong. He joined Innovo as a freshman and has worked as a consultant, Project Manager, and Internal Project Manager. As Director of Development, Andrew is responsible for providing Innovites with meaningful professional development opportunities and establishing recruiting partnerships with companies. Outside of Innovo, Andrew is the Chair of the Board for The Corp and an Administrative Assistant at Georgetown’s Office of the President. In his free time, Andrew enjoys photography, drumming, and cooking Chinese food!

VIHA VISHWANATHAN
Viha is a senior in the McDonough School of Business double majoring in Finance and Operations & Analytics with a minor in Classical Studies, and is a Sustainable Business Fellow. She has been a member of Innovo since her freshman fall as a consultant project manager, and Director of Consulting. As Executive Director, she is in charge of leading the club and serving as a mentor / role model. Outside of Innovo, she works at the MBA Program Office, and is involved in Business For Impact. In her free time, she loves reading, exploring DC, and spending time with friends!

ADITYA MANJUL
Aditya is a senior in the McDonough School of Business double majoring in Finance and Operations & Analytics with a minor in Spanish, and is a Global Business Fellow and Sustainable Business Fellow. He has previously been a consultant and project manager. As Director of Operations & Treasurer, Aditya manages day-to-day logistics, oversees internal projects, and manages the organization’s finances. Outside of Innovo, he is the CEO of the Georgetown University Student Investment Fund and works in the English Department. Beyond Georgetown, Aditya interned with one of Innovo’s clients (FreeCap Financial) and interned in Investment Banking at Bank of America last summer. He loves exploring DC, reading, and cycling in his free time!

YINGQI LIU
Yingqi Liu is a junior in the McDonough School of Business majoring in Operations and Analytics, minoring in Economics. He has been in Innovo since Freshman fall as a consultant and project manager. As one of the Directors of Consulting, he oversees and supports all project teams while leading client recruitment. Outside of Innovo, Yingqi is passionate about sustainable business and interns at a private equity firm focused on global renewable infrastructure over the summer. He trains for triathlon and marathon races in his free time while being a hardcore F1 fan.
