EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
RACHEL SON
Rachel is a senior in the School of Health, majoring in Healthcare Management and Policy with a minor in Economics. She has been an Innovite since her freshman spring and has worked as consultant, project manager, and a co-director of consulting. As Executive Director, Rachel is responsible for directing all club initiatives ensuring Innovo’s commitment to social impact and community through each facet of our operations. Outside of Innovo, Rachel coordinates the peer advising program for the School of Health, has interned on the Hill, and got to spend her past summer working in New York City! In her free time, she enjoys frequenting coffee shops, eating good food, and attempting to run!

RYAN REAMY
Ryan is a junior in the School of Foreign Service from Seattle, WA, majoring in International Political Economy with a minor in Statistics and certificate in International Business Diplomacy. Ryan started in Innovo as a consultant his second semester at Georgetown and has previously served as a project manager. As Director of Operations and Treasurer, Ryan supervises day-to-day logistics, oversees internal projects, and manages the organization’s finances. Outside of Innovo, Ryan is involved as the Chair of Georgetown’s Student Activities Commission and with the Hilltop Microfinance Initiative. Ryan has a passion for public service having previously interned in the House of Representatives and currently works in finance at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Division. In his free time, he loves to get outdoors, try new restaurants, and spend time with friends and family.

GRETA GILLACH
Greta is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences double majoring in Economics and Government. She joined Innovo her freshman spring, and has since worked on various projects as a consultant and project manager. As one of the Directors of Consulting, she is in charge of recruiting clients and overseeing the organization’s projects throughout the semester. Outside of Innovo, Greta is a co-captain of the Georgetown Women’s Club Basketball Team, serves as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair within the Georgetown Admissions Ambassador Program, and works as an Operations Assistant in the McDonough School of Business MBA Admissions Office. In her free time, she loves running and exploring DC, trying new restaurants with friends, and playing tennis and pickleball!

NICHOLAS JI
Nick is a junior in the college majoring in Economics with a minor in STIA. He joined Innovo his freshman fall and has worked as a consultant and project manager. As Director of Consulting, Nick coordinates client recruitment and serves as a liaison between project managers and the board throughout the semester. Outside of Innovo, he is involved in GUASFCU, GUSIF, and races in the winter with the club ski team! Beyond Georgetown, Nick interned at the FDIC in New York City last summer. In his free time he loves hockey, collecting vinyl, and drinking sweet iced tea.

MARISSA DAI
Marissa is a junior in the MSB and SFS majoring in Business and Global Affairs with a minor in English and certificate in Sustainable Business. She has been a member of Innovo since her freshman fall as a consultant, project manager, and now Director of Marketing. As the Director of Marketing, she oversees Innove's brand development and presence, both on campus and online. Outside of Innovo, Marissa is on the board of the GU Farmers' Market and a Marketing Analyst at GUASFCU. She's previously interned at the White House, T-Mobile, and Arabella Advisors. In her free time, Marissa loves going to concerts and live music, exploring new places, and has tried almost every boba store in the DC/Nova area!

JEREMY FANG
Jeremy is a senior in the School of Foreign Service majoring in International Economics, minoring in Chinese. Jeremy has been a member of Innovo since his sophomore fall, and since then, has worked both as a consultant and project manager. As Director of Education, Jeremy is responsible for the new hire training program, which integrates new Innovites into the organization via comprehensive learning modules. Outside of Innovo, Jeremy works at the MSB Tech Center and writes for the Hoya’s sports section. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys by watching sports, finding new places to eat, and taking naps.

ANJALI PAYE
Anjali is a senior in the School of Foreign Service, majoring in International Politics with minors in Math and French. She has been a member of Innovo since her freshman fall and has previously worked as a consultant, a project manager, and a Director of Consulting. As Director of Personnel, Anjali is in charge of organizing and overseeing the recruitment of new members, as well as being the HR touchpoint for the club. Outside of Innovo, Anjali is a Blue and Gray Tour Guide, a member of the Georgetown Radio Club, and a part of Catholic Ministry. In her free time, she loves to run, read, and listen to country music!

ULISES OLEA TAPIA
Ulises is a senior in the School of Foreign Service majoring in International Politics, minoring in Latin American Studies, and pursuing a certificate in diplomatic studies from the Institute of Studies of Diplomacy. Ulises is an international student from Mexico City. He joined Innovo as a first-year student and has worked as a consultant and a project manager. As Director of Community, Ulises coordinates Innovo’s DEI initiatives, tracks DEI metrics, manages internal event planning, and oversees organizational culture to foster the Innovo Family. Outside of Innovo, Ulises is a Resident Assistant providing support to more than 100 residents at Georgetown. He has previously interned with the Center for Social Justice on advocacy for migrant families coming to Washington DC.

CLARK JONES
Clark is a senior in the McDonough School of Business majoring in finance and international business with a minor in Spanish. Originally from Oregon, he joined Innovo his first semester at Georgetown, and has held a variety of leadership positions such as Project Manager and Internal Project Manager. Now as the Director of Development, Clark is responsible for providing Innovites with meaningful professional development opportunities and establishing recruiting partnerships with companies. Outside of Innovo, Clark is a coordinator for the BUILD pre-orientation program and works for Georgetown University Alumni and Student Federal Credit Union. In his free time, Clark is an avid adventurer who enjoys hiking, historical novels, and uncovering hidden gems while exploring new places with friends

KILLIAN HUGHES
Killian is a junior majoring in Business and Global Affairs program, the joint degree between the SFS and MSB, with a minor in Statistics. He has been a member of Innovo since freshman fall and was a consultant and project manager for four semesters. As co-Director of Consulting, he oversees client relationships and recruitment and helps project managers with any issues they encounter. Outside of Innovo, Killian is also involved in Club Rock Climbing and the Georgetown University Grilling Society (GUGS). Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Killian enjoys running, mountain biking, lifting, and sailing, and is a total history and politics nerd.
