DIRECTOR OF CONSULTING
VIHA VISHWANATHAN
Viha is a junior in the McDonough School of Business double majoring in Finance and Operations & Analytics with a minor in Classical Studies, and is a Sustainable Business Fellow. She has been a member of Innovo since her freshman fall as both a consultant and a project manager. As Co-Director of Consulting, she is in charge of recruiting clients and overseeing projects. Outside of Innovo, she is a tour guide in Blue & Gray, and is involved in Business For Impact. In her free time, she loves reading, exploring DC, and spending time with friends!

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
CAROLINA GOMEZ RIVAS-VAZQUEZ
Caro is a junior in the McDonough School of Business, from Miami, Florida. She is majoring in Marketing with a minor in Government. Caro joined Innovo her freshman fall, and has since then worked on various projects as a consultant. Now as the Director of Marketing, Caro coordinates Innovo's brand development and brand image, while maintaining communication with relevant audiences. Outside of Innovo, Caro is a coordinator for the BUILD pre-orientation program and the OWN IT Summit. In her free time, she loves to explore D.C. on a scooter, eat dessert, and travel.

DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION
YASMIN GULAMHUSEIN
Yasmin is a junior majoring in Economics, double minoring in Environmental Studies and Business Studies, and is a Sustainable Business Fellow. She has been a member of Innovo since her freshman spring and has worked both as a consultant and project manager. As Director of Education, she is responsible for the new hire training program which welcomes new members into the group through a comprehensive learning program. Outside of Innovo, Yasmin works as a researcher for the Georgetown Earth Commons, is a photographer for the Hoya, and is a part of the Social Responsibility Network. In her free time she writes for her personal blog on expatriate living, enjoys finding new running trails, and is constantly on the search for the best matcha latte in DC!

AVEREEN CHAHAL
Avereen is a junior in the McDonough School of Business and the Walsh School of Foreign Service pursuing a joint degree in Business & Global Affairs, and she is also a Sustainable Business Fellow. As Director of Community, she spearheads club recruiting, Innovo Family programming, mentorship, and club feedback. Prior to being Director of Community, Avereen was a Project Manager and Consultant. Outside of Innovo, Avereen is an Editorial Assistant in the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs and Sustainable Business Liaison at Business for Impact. In her free time, she enjoys taking pictures of her goldendoodle, photosynthesizing on Copley lawn, and attempting to cook with her friends.

DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY
WILLIAM NEMOY
Will is a junior in the McDonough School of Business double majoring in Finance and Operations &
Analytics and minoring in Math. He has been a member of Innovo since his freshman fall, and has been a
consultant, project manager, and internal project manager. As the Director of Technology, he is in charge
of developing web applications to assist project teams and streamline club operations, and teaching
project teams technical skills. Outside of Innovo, Will is the principal violist of the Georgetown
University Orchestra, a volunteer in the Maker Hub, and a brother of the Sigma Chi fraternity. In his free
time, he enjoys playing guitar, watching movies, and going to Hoya Snaxa.

SYDNEY PIZER
Sydney is a senior in both the McDonough School of Business and the Walsh School of Foreign Service pursuing a joint degree in Business & Global Affairs with a minor in Government. As Director of Development, she will be focusing on developing external partnerships and programming that empower professional and personal growth. She has been with Innovo since her freshman year, working as both a consultant and a project manager. Outside of Innovo, Sydney has interned on the Hill during the school year and will be interning with Boston Consulting Group this summer. Being from Los Angeles, Sydney loves to go the beach and explore scenic hikes. Sydney is also an avid skier and golfer. In D.C., she loves to explore the city with her friends, particularly enjoying springtime kayaking on the Potomac.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
SARAH CHAN
Sarah is a senior in the McDonough School of Business double majoring in Finance and Operations and Information Management, with a minor in Economics. As Executive Director, she oversees the board, develops programming for the general body, and guides the organization's vision. Previously she was the Director of Operations and has also served as a project manager and consultant. Outside of Innovo, Sarah is involved with Georgetown Bubble and the MSB Peer Ambassador Program. She loves traveling and exploring new cities, trying new foods, and boba!

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
ADITYA MANJUL
Aditya is a junior in the McDonough School of Business double majoring in Finance and Operations & Analytics with a minor in Spanish, and is a Global Business Fellow. He has previously been a consultant and project manager. As Director of Operations & Treasurer, Aditya manages day-to-day logistics, oversees internal projects, and manages the organization’s finances. Outside of Innovo, he is a Senior VP of investments in the Georgetown University Student Investment Fund and works in the English Department. Beyond Georgetown, Aditya interned with one of Innovo’s clients (FreeCap Financial) and will be interning with Bank of America’s Investment Banking Division next summer. He loves exploring DC, reading, and cycling in his free time!

MARY KOVACS
Mary is a senior studying Management and Marketing in the McDonough School of Business with a minor in Spanish. She joined Innovo in her freshman spring semester and has been both a consultant and a project manager. She has worked with several fantastic clients and has loved making a tangible impact in such a supportive environment. As Co-Director of Consulting, she is in charge of recruiting clients and overseeing projects. Outside of Innovo, she writes for Georgetown Spoon and is a part of Georgetown Gives. She loves to read, go for long walks in Georgetown, and all types of art. She can’t wait for Innovo’s 2022-2023 projects!
