EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
NEHA JAMPALA
Neha is a senior in the College of Arts and Sciences, studying Government and Economics with a minor in Journalism. She has been in Innovo since her freshman spring and has since worked as a consultant, project manager, and co-director of consulting. As Executive Director, Neha is responsible for directing all club initiatives, ensuring Innovo’s commitment to social impact and community through each facet of the club’s operations. Outside of Innovo, Neha enjoys playing on the Women’s Club Squash Team and volunteering with the CSJ’s ASK tutoring program. She has formerly interned for Georgetown’s Beeck Center, various government positions, and Bloomberg. In her free time, you can catch Neha at a random coffee shop, running to her errands around DC, playing tennis, or trying new restaurants.

ANNIE LARSON
Annie Larson, from Oak Park, IL, is a senior in the McDonough School of Business studying Operations & Analytics and Management, with a minor in Spanish. She joined Innovo during her freshman year, and has held roles as senior consultant, project manager, and co-director of HR before her current role. As Director of Operations and Treasurer, Annie supervises day-to-day logistics, oversees internal projects, and manages the organization’s finances. She also plays a role in planning and executing the club’s social events and member bonding. Outside of Innovo, Annie works at Vital Vittles, a grocery store part of “The Corp”, Georgetown’s non-profit, on-campus coffee and convenience store chain. Additionally, Annie enjoys baking, working out, concerts, and spending as much time with friends as possible.

SCOTT JIAO
Scott is a senior in the College of Arts and Sciences majoring in Economics with minors in Business Studies and STIA. He joined Innovo his sophomore fall and has since worked as a consultant and project manager. As Director of Development, Scott is responsible for delivering professional development opportunities and building recruiting partnerships with various companies. Outside of Innovo, Scott plays on Georgetown’s Club Tennis team and is a research fellow in the MSB. Beyond Georgetown, Scott has interned in impact investing and is interning as a consultant in DC. In his free time, he loves to get outdoors, take photos, and watch basketball.

KAITLIN KUSHNIR
Kaitlin is a senior in the College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in Government with a minor in Business Studies. She has been involved with Innovo since her sophomore fall, serving as both a consultant and project manager. As a Director of Consulting, she leads client recruitment and oversees project teams throughout the semester. Outside of Innovo, Kaitlin is a member of the Women’s Club Soccer team. She has previously interned at Paduano & Weintraub LLP as a paralegal and on Capitol Hill as a Legislative Intern. In her free time, she enjoys running, exploring new restaurants, skiing, and traveling.

TOBIAS LARGIER
Tobias is a junior in the College of Arts & Sciences, majoring in Economics and Government with a minor in Jewish Civilizations. He has been an Innovite since his freshman spring, working as a consultant, senior consultant, and project manager. As a Director of Consulting, he manages client recruitment and project execution throughout the semester. Outside of Innovo, Tobias is a student staff member at the MSB Technology Center, a TA in the SFS, and a tour guide for Blue & Gray. Previously, he has worked in the House of Representatives, done research at UC Berkeley, and consulted for the National Youth Foster Institute. In his free time, Tobias can often be found outdoors, mountaineering, lying in his hammock, skiing, and trying new restaurants.

CALEB CHONG
Caleb is a junior in the McDonough School of Business from Toronto, Canada, majoring in Finance and Operations and Analytics with a Mathematics minor. He joined Innovo his freshman spring, and has since served as a consultant and senior consultant. As Director of Community, Caleb manages DEI initiatives, coordinates organizational events, and oversees club-wide culture. Outside of Innovo, Caleb plays on Georgetown's club squash team and is involved with GUPREF and GUASFCU, and he is interning in real estate. In his free time, he loves watching ice hockey, biking, DJing, and going to concerts.

REMY ENGLISH
Remy is a senior in the McDonough School of Business majoring in Finance and International Business while pursuing a fellowship in sustainable business. She joined Innovo her sophomore fall and has previously worked as a consultant an,d senior consultant. As Director of Personnel, Remy is in charge of organizing and overseeing the recruitment of new members, as well as being the primary HR touchpoint. Outside of Innovo, she is involved in GUSIF and GEPI, and serves as vice president of the women's club soccer team. Bey,ond Georgetown, Remy has interned at FM Global Investments and Barclays. In her free time she enjoys running, painting, and playing intramural sports!

RISHI LAKSHMINARAYANAN
Rishi is a junior in the McDonough School of Business from Seattle, WA majoring in Finance and Management. He joined Innovo his freshman spring and has previously served as a consultant and a senior consultant. As Director of Education, he is responsible for teaching the New Hires the necessary consulting and professional skills. Beyond Innovo, he is involved in the MSB Tech Center, a tour guide in Blue & Gray, and serves as an RA. In his free time, he enjoys playing pick-up basketball, hitting the sauna, and photography.

KATE TILGNER
Kate is a junior in the McDonough School of Business from Stowe, Vermont, majoring in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Sociology. She has been in Innovo since her freshman spring, serving as a consultant, senior consultant, and project manager. As Director of Marketing, she oversees Innovo's brand development and presence, both on campus and online. Outside of Innovo, Kate is involved with Georgetown Student Capital Partners, Outdoor Education, and CSJ's Hoya Helpers. In her free time, Kate enjoys running, hiking, playing tennis, baking, exploring new restaurants, and traveling.

LUCAS SUAREZ
Lucas is a senior in the McDonough School of Business majoring in Finance and Operations and Analytics with a minor in Tech, Ethics and Society. As Director of Education, Lucas is responsible for teaching the New Hires consulting and professional skills that they can apply in their client project and beyond. Lucas has professional experience interning at tech startups and private capital advisory. Outside of Innovo, Lucas plays on the Club Soccer team, and in his free time, he loves to jog and travel.
