MEET THE BOARD
DIRECTOR OF CONSULTING
Sydney is a junior in both the McDonough School of Business and the Walsh School of Foreign Service pursuing a joint degree in Business & Global Affairs with a minor in Government. As Co-Director of Consulting for Innovo, she is in charge of recruiting clients and overseeing projects. She has been with Innovo since her freshman year, working as both a consultant and a project manager. Outside of Innovo, Sydney interns on the Hill and with Chevron Corporation’s government relations team. Being from Los Angeles, Sydney loves to go the beach and explore scenic hikes. Sydney is also an avid skier and golfer. In D.C., she loves to explore the city with her friends, particularly enjoying springtime kayaking on the Potomac.
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Michelle is a senior from the Bay Area double majoring in Finance and Marketing with a Statistics minor in the McDonough School of Business. She was a consultant and internal project manager before joining the board as Director of External Outreach her junior year and is now the Director of Marketing. Outside of Innovo, Michelle has been able to continue playing volleyball, her favorite sport, as the captain of the Georgetown Women's club volleyball team. Beyond Georgetown, Michelle has spent her past two summers at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst. In her free time, she loves to pick up her violin or ukulele to learn new songs and runs an Instagram account for her dog Buddy.

Julie is a senior in the McDonough School of Business majoring in Finance and Operations & Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Since joining Innovo her freshman year, Julie has served as a consultant and a project manager. Now as the Director of Education, Julie oversees Innovo’s new hire training program. Outside of Innovo, Julie is a part of the Georgetown University Alumni and Student Federal Credit Union. In her spare time, Julie loves to draw, create Spotify playlists, and try new restaurants.
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY
Ananya is senior in the McDonough School of Business double majoring in Operations & Information Management and Marketing, minoring in Spanish, and she is a Global Business Fellow. As Director of Community, she spearheads club recruiting, Innovo Family programming, mentorship, and club feedback. Prior to being Director of Community, Ananya was a Project Manager and a Consultant. Ananya is also the Co-President for Best Buddies, a program coordinator for BUILD, a peer ambassador of the MSB, and President of the OPIM Majors board. Ananya interned with McKinsey & Company as a summer business analyst last summer. She loves trying new recipes to bake and cook, but is most known for her banana bread. On the weekends, she loves exploring the DC food scene!
DIRECTOR OF EXTERNAL OUTREACH
Shanaya is a senior at the Walsh School of Foreign of Services from Mumbai, India. She is majoring in Science, Technology and International Affairs with a concentration in Business Growth and development. As the Director of External Outreach at Innovo, she fosters new partnerships while overseeing Innovo's existing external partnerships. She was previously a project manner for EDpiphany and Go Together and founded the "Dine and Discuss" initiative during her time as an internal project manager. Outside of Innovo, she is the head of events and PR for Georgetown Disruptive Technology and interns at Epsilon Acquisition Services. In her free time, she loves to travel, explore new restaurants, do adventure sports and binge watch films.

Karan is a senior in the School of Foreign Service majoring in Science, Technology, and International Affairs and minoring in Economics. He has been a consultant, Project Manager, and Internal Project Manager. As Director of Development, he will be focusing on developing programming that empowers professional and personal growth. Outside of Innovo, he works at Yates, is in Running Club and GREEN, and is interning at an economic consulting firm in DC. He likes to watch movies, run, play tennis, hike, and do yoga in his free time.

MEET THE CONSULTANTS
Analise is a senior at Georgetown University double majoring in Accounting and Operations and Information Management and double minoring in Performing Arts (concentration in Theater) and Entrepreneurship. As Executive Director, she oversees the board and leads Innovo’s programming. She was previously Director of Education for Innovo and has served as both a project manager and consultant during her time with the club. In addition to Innovo, Analise is a Blue & Gray campus tour guide and Co-President of Best Buddies Georgetown. Beyond Georgetown, Analise spent her first two summers of college interning with McKinsey & Company—where she will be returning full time after graduation—and her most recent summer interning as a buyer on the Fragrances and Men’s Skincare team for Bloomingdales. In her free time, she loves dancing, acting, painting, trying out new restaurants, and spending time outdoors!

Sarah is a junior in the McDonough School of Business majoring in Finance and Operations & Analytics with a minor in Economics. As Director of Operations & Treasurer, she manages the organization’s finances and supports day-to-day logistics. Outside of Innovo, Sarah is on the front-of-house team for Georgetown Bubble, a MSB peer ambassador, and interns for PwC within advisory. She enjoys traveling and exploring new cities, dancing, and running a boba Instagram account with her friend!

Lucas is a senior from Yonkers, New York majoring in Economics and minoring in Spanish and Mathematics. This year, he helps recruit clients and assists project teams as one of Innovo's Co-Directors of Consulting. He has been a member of Innovo since his freshman fall as both a consultant and a project manager. Besides Innovo, Lucas is the Treasurer and an active player for Georgetown's club rugby team, a Micoreconomics TA, and a member of Slow Food (a club promoting food justice in DC and beyond). This summer, he interned at The Alexander Group, a management consulting firm focused on revenue growth, where he supported teams through data analytics. He is also an avid lover of Falafel inc. and the (underrated) Wisey's chicken fajita wrap.
