Project Managers ideate with their teams to develop collaborative work streams that formulate solutions for relevant client goals
2. WORKSTREAM CREATION
The Project Manager leads their team in conducting extensive research through market exploration, industry player engagement, and data analysis to provide our clients with informative consumer and industry insights.
3. IN-DEPTH RESEARCH
The team utilizes their research to build out actionable recommendations, with support from Accenture and PwC consultants.
4. INSIGHT FORMATION
The team constructs and presents a slide deck that summarizes research and ultimate recommendations.
